Terms of use

FlexWay Group d.o.o. (hereinafter "FlexWay") provides vehicle rental services under these General Terms. By taking possession of the vehicle you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all stated terms.

The terms apply to all vehicle rental agreements concluded with FlexWay.

The renter must be at least 21 years old (23 for premium vehicles) and hold a valid driving licence issued at least 2 years before the pickup date. Foreign nationals must hold an international driving licence or one accepted in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

All drivers must be registered in the rental agreement. Driving the vehicle by an unregistered driver automatically voids the insurance.

The vehicle is picked up and returned at the agreed time and place. Late return without prior notice may result in an additional day's rental charge being applied.

The vehicle is picked up and returned with a full fuel tank, unless otherwise agreed. Missing fuel is charged at market price plus an administrative fee.

FlexWay reserves the right to refuse vehicle handover without charge if the driver is unable to prove their identity or driving ability.

The vehicle may only be used for legal purposes and in accordance with the traffic regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Use of the vehicle for the following is prohibited:

• Transport of goods or passengers for hire
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Participation in motor races
• Off-road driving

Crossing a border is permitted only with prior written authorisation from FlexWay.

Every vehicle includes mandatory third-party insurance as required by BiH law. Comprehensive insurance with or without excess is available as an option for an additional charge.

The renter is liable for damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including damage caused by breach of these terms or the insurance policy.

The deposit is charged on the vehicle pickup day. The deposit amount varies by vehicle category (200–500 BAM). It is returned in full within 5 working days of the vehicle being returned in good condition, with all original keys and documents.

FlexWay reserves the right to deduct from the deposit to cover damage costs, traffic fines or fuel costs incurred during the rental.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the planned vehicle pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee equal to one day's rental.

Changes to dates or vehicle are possible subject to prior availability confirmation and any price difference.

Prices are expressed in convertible marks (BAM) and include VAT. The final price is confirmed by email after the reservation is received.

FlexWay reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, provided that the change does not affect already confirmed reservations.

All disputes are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The competent court is the Municipal Court in Sarajevo. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating court proceedings.
